HCL 131/2016 adoptată

MUNICIPIUL CRAIOVA CONSILIUL LOCAL AL MUNICIPIULUI CRAIOVA HOTĂRÂREA NR.131 privind modificarea inventarului bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al municipiului Craiova Consiliul Local al Municipiului Craiova, întrunit în şedinţa ordinară din data de 31.03.2016; Având în vedere raportul nr.55624/2016 al Direcţiei Patrimoniu prin care se propune modificarea inventarului bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al municipiului Craiova; În conformitate cu prevederile art.3 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr.81/2003 privind reevaluarea şi amortizarea activelor fixe aflate în patrimoniul instituţiilor publice şi Ordinului nr. 3471/2008 pentru aprobarea Normelor Metodologice privind reevaluarea şi amortizarea activelor fixe aflate în patrimoniul instituţiilor publice; În temeiul art.36 alin.2 lit.c coroborat cu alin.5 lit.a, art.45 alin.3, art.61 alin.2 şi art.115, alin.1 lit.b din Legea nr.215/2001, republicată, privind administraţia publică locală; HOTĂRĂŞTE: Art.1. Se aprobă modificarea inventarului bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al municipiului Craiova, după cum urmează: a) se completează cu bunurile identificate în anexele nr.1 şi 2 care fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre; b) se modifică elementele de identificare ale bunurilor prevăzute în anexa nr.3 care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre; c) se modifică valoarea de inventar cu diferenţa de valoare rezultată din reevaluarea bunurilor prevăzute în anexa nr.4 care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Art.2. La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, se modifică în mod corespunzător Hotărârile Consiliului Local al Municipiului Craiova nr.147/1999 referitoare la însuşirea inventarului bunurilor ce alcătuiesc domeniul public al municipiului Craiova, modificată şi completată şi nr.92/2016. Art.3. Direcţia Patrimoniu va lua măsuri pentru îndeplinirea procedurilor legale, prin intermediul Consiliului Judeţean Dolj, pentru modificarea corespunzătoare a Hotărârii Guvernului nr.141/2008. Art.4. Primarul Municipiului Craiova, prin aparatul de specialitate: Serviciul Administraţie Publică Locală şi Direcţia Patrimoniu vor aduce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentei hotărâri.
