ROMANIA JUDEŢUL GALAŢI MUNICIPIUL GALAŢI CONSILIUL LOCAL H O T Ă R Â R E A nr.143 din 16 04 2013 privind aprobarea încheierii contractului de sponsorizare între SC OMV Petrom SA şi Municipiul Galati având ca obiect transmiterea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenului situat în Galaţi, strada Alexandru cel Bun nr. 27A Iniţiator: Primarul municipiului Galaţi, Marius Stan; Numărul şi data depunerii proiectului de hotărâre: 140/9 04 2013 Consiliul local al municipiului Galaţi, întrunit în şedinţă extraordinară în data de 16 04 2013; Având în vedere expunerea de motive nr. 71 070/4 04 2013, a iniţiatorului Primarul municipiului Galaţi, Marius Stan; Având în vedere raportul de specialitate nr. 71 072/4 04 2013, al Serviciului Evidenţa Patrimonului şi Conscesionări Bunuri Patrimoniale; Având în vedere raportul de avizare al comisiei de buget finanţe, administrarea domeniului public şi privat al municipiului; Având în vedere raportul de avizare al comisiei juridice, de administraţie publică locală, drepturi şi libertăţi cetăţeneşti, relaţii cu cetăţenii şi apărarea ordinii şi liniştii publice; Având în vedere prevederile Legii sponsorizării nr.32/1994, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; Având în vedere prevederile art.63, alin.1 din Legea nr.500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; HCL 143.doc  Având în vedere prevederile art.36, alin.1 şi art.121, alin.1 şi 2 din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001, republicată în 2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare ; În temeiul art. 45, alin. 1 din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001, republicată în 2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; HOTĂRĂŞTE Art.1 – Se aprobă încheierea contractului de sponsorizare între SC OMV Petrom SA şi Municipiul Galati având ca obiect transmiterea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenului situat în Galaţi, strada Alexandru cel Bun nr. 27A, în suprafaţă de 34,4 mp. Terenul face parte din propietatea privată a municipiului Galaţi şi este individualizat în anexa 1 care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre şi contractul de sponsorizare este prevăzut în anexa 2 care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Art.2 - Cheltuielile necesare redactării, autentificării şi intabulării în Cartea funciară a contractului de sponsorizare vor fi suportate de sponsor. Art.3 - Primarul municipiului Galaţi se împuterniceşte cu ducerea la îndeplinire a prevederilor acestei hotărâri. Art.4– Secretarul municipiului Galaţi va asigura transmiterea şi publicitatea prezentei hotărâri.
