HCL 645/2014 adoptată

MUNICIPIUL CRAIOVA CONSILIUL LOCAL AL MUNICIPIULUI CRAIOVA HOTĂRÂREA NR.645 privind modificarea statului de funcţii al aparatului de specialitate al Primarului Municipiului Craiova, pentru anul 2014 Consiliul Local al Municipiului Craiova întrunit în şedinţa ordinară din data de 18.12.2014; Având în vedere raportul nr.180344/2014 întocmit de Serviciul Resurse Umane prin care se propune modificarea statului de funcţii al aparatului de specialitate al Primarului Municipiului Craiova, pentru anul 2014 şi rapoartele comisiilor de specialitate ale Consiliului Local al Municipiului Craiova nr.347, 348, 349, 350 şi 351/2014; În conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.53/2003 privind Codul Muncii, modificată şi completată, Legii nr.188/1999, republicată, privind Statutul funcţionarilor publici, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, Ordonanţei de Urgenţă a Guvernului nr.63/2010 pentru modificarea si completarea Legii nr. 273/2006 privind finantele publice locale, precum si pentru stabilirea unor masuri financiare, aprobata prin Legea nr.13/2011; În temeiul art.36 alin.2 lit.a coroborat cu alin.3 lit.b, art.45 alin.1, art.61 alin.2 şi art.115 alin.1, lit.b din Legea nr.215/2001, republicată, privind administraţia publică locală; HOTĂRĂŞTE: Art.1. Se aprobă modificarea statului de funcţii al aparatului de specialitate al Primarului Municipiului Craiova, pentru anul 2014, aprobat prin Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Craiova nr.227/2014, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Art.2. Pe data prezentei hotărâri, îşi încetează efectele Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Craiova nr.599/2014. Art.3. Primarul Municipiului Craiova, prin aparatul de specialitate: Serviciul Administraţie Publică Locală şi Serviciul Resurse Umane vor aduce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentei hotărâri.
